- The goal of the Utah Pioneer Project of the Utah Genealogical
Association is to create a database of all Utah pioneers and to provide
information on each pioneer, parents, siblings, spouse(s), children,
and children's spouses. The first stage of this project
will focus on pioneers who came to Utah by 1850. The
second stage will focus on those who came between 1850 and 1860. The
third
stage
will focus on those who came between 1860 and May 1869 when
the railroad was completed.
